Our 5-phase process (Discovery → Strategy → Build → Launch → Scale) ensures we move quickly without cutting corners. We'll give you a realistic timeline during our initial consultation.
Do I retain ownership of my business?
Absolutely. In our standard partnership model, you retain 100% ownership of your business, intellectual property, and all revenue generated. We operate as your execution partner — think of us as your technical co-founder and marketing team rolled into one, but without the equity split. For select high-potential ventures, we do offer an equity partnership option where we invest our expertise for a minority stake, but this is always clearly discussed upfront.
What if I'm still employed full-time?

Our partnership model is designed to accelerate your timeline so you're not stuck in "someday" mode for years. We handle the heavy lifting that typically requires quitting your job (development, marketing infrastructure, operational systems), allowing you to validate and launch while maintaining your income. Most of our partners transition to full-time on their business within 6–12 months of launch.
